IT consultant for Euronext technologies in the datacenter engineering team
Bilingual English/French position in Paris, coordinating with teams in Europe, mainly from Belfast and London
In charge of the on-site technicians team (~10 people)
Datacenters technical management and optimization (3 datacenters / 6 rooms: ~3500m²)
Achievement of the DR datacenter relocation project by building a new datacenter in Paris
Datacenter creation : realization studies, defining the needs and budget, service provider and supplier selection, on-site team creation and training
New buildings supervision in Paris and Porto concerning the creation of their technical rooms, network and patching
Project management coordination across all teams (network, security, storage and system teams)
Change, incident and problem management
DCIM tool implementation using OpenDCIM
Responsible for mechanical and electrical systems, physical security, facility management, and safety
asset management (storage, orders, follow-up)
